The dcStream system uses the latest technology in video processing that allows ultra-fast video analysis and provides enormous storage capabilities.

The dcStream system significantly improves the quality of the picking and packing process:

  • effective handling of complaints – on average, it helps to reduce the number of complaints by more than 50%,
  • quick information retrieval – finding a video recording of a specific client’s order takes only a few seconds,
  • monitor order completion and their stack-up on a logistics carrier,
  • verify the picking process and eliminate errors,
  • automatic start/stop of

The dcStream video documentation system is used to collect videos (high resolution 12Mpx) recorded during the process of packing goods into logistic carriers, e.g. cartons, which are prepared at picking stations (work tables).

Thanks to communication with barcode scanners, the films are assigned to the appropriate carrier numbers (code from the logistic label). Additionally, all codes of packaged goods that were read by the scanner during the packing process are saved. The system ensures high quality of the recorded movies, connection to the box number and quick access to archived information.

Thanks to the use of the dcStream system, the time needed to find information about the advertised orders is significantly reduced (up to single seconds) and it is much easier to control the operation of the service.
