The user has all the information in one application. It can view recordings (dcStream), photos (dcWrapper) and anomalies (dcDMS). Has unlimited access to the WMS / ERP interface and control over the process of each submitted complaint. Thanks to this, the administrator has access to the statuses, reports and possible costs resulting from the complaint.
